The Urshan Library

The purpose of the Urshan Library is to serve the academic needs of Urshan Graduate School of Theology and Urshan College. The collection is comprised of a large selection of theological, biblical, and religious resources. There is growing collection of resources on leadership, education, music, social science, and general academic subjects. The library also has online digital resources through EBSCOhost and MOREnet.

St. Louis Regional Library Network (SLRLN): Local students have access to 75 local and academic libraries in the St. Louis area. Books can be checked out through a process called, “Info-Pass.” If you find a book/s at one of these participating libraries, you will need to pick up an Info-Pass at the Urshan Library’s circulation station and take it with you to the library. You can do a web search for “St. Louis Regional Library Network” and click “Membership Directory” for a list of participating libraries. You can search a selected library’s online catalog to find books you might need.

ATLA Institutional Member: Urshan Library is a member of this library network. This membership entitles our students for full access to 100 seminary libraries in North America. You can find a directory of participating libraries by searching “ATLA Institutional Member” and click “ATLA Reciprocal Borrowing Program.” Here, you will find a director of all participating libraries. If you find one of these libraries in your area, you will need to prove your enrollment with a document. It can take 24 hours to get registered for full service.
