Reaffirmation of Accreditation with ATS

Urshan Graduate School of Theology reaccredited for a period of ten years with the Commission on Accrediting of the Association of Theological Schools

UGST has received reaffirmation of accreditation with the Commission on Accrediting of the Association of Theological Schools until March 31st, 2033. This marks the longest period of affirmation received to date and is the maximum allotted by ATS. ATS has a membership of over 270 graduate schools of theology in the United States and Canada. The mission of ATS is to promote the improvement and enhancement of theological schools to benefit communities of faith and the broader public. UGST has been an accredited member since 2010. Accreditation and membership with ATS provide an additional level of academic and operational accountability for the graduate school, as well as access to federal funding via the FAFSA for students. This notification of reaffirmation follows a rigorous self-study conducted by a committee of UGST faculty and operational staff members culminating in a comprehensive site visit made by ATS. Additionally, Both UGST and Urshan College are regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. To learn more about ATS accreditation, visit ats.edu.
